Since the beginning of March 2001, the staff in the Centre began to work towards a common goal: achieving the ISO 9001 Certification. after nine months of hard work, the Centre became the first elderly care centre in Singapore that achieved such certification. this served to confirm the quality of service of the Centre. For the following years, the Centre has been able to pass the annual ISO audits successfully.
